How to apply in 5 steps
Step 1Complete the application form on line or request a prospectus and use the form attached to it. If you want to get a place on your first choice of course, please apply by Easter in the year you wish to start the course. You can apply after this date but we may not be able to offer you your first choice if you have applied for a popular programme.
Step 2
You will be invited to attend an interview, bring any information you are asked for and anything else you think would help with your application such as an example of your work from school or additional references. Your parents or friends are welcome to come with you.
Step 3
If successful, you will receive an offer letter and a joining pack of useful information that will tell you about joining the course preview days for your chosen subject. These are an important part of your application process as they help you understand more about the course you have chosen to study and give you the chance to meet your new classmates and teachers.
Step 4
You will be asked to come into College at the end of August to enrol to your new course. You will need to bring your GCSE results in with you if you are a school leaver. If you have received an unconditional offer you will be invited to enrol much earlier than this. You will receive your induction timetable, which will explain all that you need to know for your first weeks in College.
Step 5
You will join your new course in early September, with dates to be confirmed during enrolment.
