We have a team of dedicated Business Development Advisors who can carry our a training needs analysis for your business, thereby putting together a bespoke package to suit your business needs.Our team can provide high quality training solutions in many disciplines that your business requires, working with you to design, build and deliver a tailored training plan that will help your business grow, from industry certification courses to accredited and non-accredited training, such as Management and essential business skills to Customer Service to Motivation and Sales.
We can help you secure funding or part funding through Apprenticeships for 16-25 year olds, Train to Gain for 19 year olds or over doing NVQs, or through various funded projects.
Courses can be delivered by experienced trainers either at College using our extensive facilities, or at your workplace for you and your employees' convenience. Our team work in partnership with other organisations to provide courses at a range of venues throughout Scarborough, Filey, Whitby, Ryedale and across North Yorkshire.
